Strength, reps only, timed holds, cardio, bodyweight, body measurements or plain counts. Pick a type and the log fits it.
Every exercise shows your previous session's weights and reps, so progressive overload is a glance, not a scroll.
Keep alternatives for each exercise with their own targets. Switch in one tap and keep the history comparable.
Change the day in the header and log into any past session. It turns yellow so you never do it by accident.
Switch between metric and imperial any time. Nothing is rewritten, so your numbers stay exact.
Export your whole log as a backup file and import it on another device. No cloud account in between.
"Monday Gym", "Long run", "Body". Whatever you train together.
Bench press 3×6–8, 5 km in 25 min, waist. Targets are just notes to you.
Open an exercise, adjust the numbers from last time, log the set.
