Terms of Use
Last updated 3 October 2026
These terms apply when you use OpenLog at openlog.fit, including the app and the AI plan builder. By using it, you agree to them. How we handle data is covered by the Privacy Policy.
The service
OpenLog is a free workout log. It is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We may change, limit or stop any part of it — including the AI plan builder — at any time.
Not medical advice
Plans written by the AI plan builder, and anything else in OpenLog, are general information, not medical, health or professional coaching advice. AI-generated plans can be wrong or unsuitable for you. Check with a qualified professional before starting a new program, especially if you have an injury or health condition. You train at your own risk; stop if something hurts.
Your data
Your log is yours and lives on your device. We cannot see, back up or recover it. Export a backup from the app menu if you want a copy; clearing your browser's data deletes the log for good.
Fair use of the AI plan builder
- Use it to build training plans for yourself.
- Do not automate requests, try to get around its limits or bot protection, or use it to generate anything other than training plans.
- We may limit or block requests that look like abuse.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or injury arising from your use of OpenLog, including lost data and the outcome of any training plan.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; using OpenLog after a change means you accept the new terms.
